Rise Up Workout with Holly – 45 mins
Smoothie break! – 30 mins
Positive Mindset Workshop – 45 mins
Yin Yoga – 45 mins
Lauren will wake our bodies gently with a moving meditation focusing on the 7 chakras (energy centres). Starting at the base of our spine and moving all the way to the crown of the head, this practice is designed to highlight our strengths and nurture our shadow. It’s also the perfect warm up for…
Holly’s Rise Up class! Allow Holly to guide you through a full body, fun, dynamic (and suitable for all levels) movement session, proving that moving your body and getting stronger can be the most enjoyable experience, and a treat for yourself.
Holly and Lauren will then share their favourite filling smoothie recipes which you can switch off and enjoy solo. Feel free to grab some extra nibbles and then join us back on the mat for…
Our positive mindset workshop. We’ll be delving into; body image, exercising from a place of love, grounding, nourishing with love, morning rituals and more.
“The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness” – soak up all those positive affirmations from the workshop as we nourish our bodies one final time, through the long-held stretches of yin yoga. Suitable for all levels, this practice is less about how the postures look and rather how they feel for you as an individual. Shut down the eyes, get cosy on the mat and let the waves of relaxing music wash over you.
Full Moon VOGA & Yin Yoga
Friday 5th June, 2020 via Zoom ~ 6:30pm BST / 7:30pm CEST – £5.98 per household.
After the success of the first VOGA collaboration with Sam @LoveYourEdge, we’ve invited her back for the next full moon in June to bring you that same fusion of Yoga and Dance, Fitness and Fashion, set to an 80s House beat and designed to empower. Think VOGUE. Think YOGA. This is VOGA.
We’ll be doing a different routine next month so it’s perfect for anyone who has attended previously as well as being completely open to new people wanting to give it a try for the first time.
Sam will lead us through a 30-minute Voga Flex class – working deep into your body and soul with uplifting tunes from Sugar Daddy and Stevie Wonder. This is a strong flow and is designed to increase flexibility and challenge your body. Expect a challenging (and fun) class for those who’ve never done VOGA before.
Lauren will then bring us back down to earth with a calming and soothing 30-minute Yin practice and a lovely long Savasana.

Spring is a time of renewal. The nights are lighter and days brighter, we enthusiastically awaken from our winter slumber and embrace the faster pace of life that comes with the longer days. Too often however, we shift from our yin state of mild hibernation straight into an overly yang pace of life.
In this workshop we’ll look at our tendencies in the West to work in extremes; either burning the midnight oil, or burning out completely, and instead focus on welcoming in a middle ground. We’ll use journaling to see where we might be holding onto stagnation in the mind and then shift our focus to manifest what we want to draw in. Lauren will guide you through a gentle flow sequence to disperse of any stagnant energy in the body and then you’ll settle into a Yin spring cleanse that will set you up nicely for the season.
“The three months of spring are the time of renewal: the old and stale dissipates, heaven and earth come to life, and everything blossoms. Rest at night and get up early, stride freely through the courtyard, let your hair down and indulge in the leisurely feeling of a morning stroll; this is how you should raise your spirits in spring. Foster all life and do not kill, be generous and agreeable, give freely and do not punish. This is the way of honoring the qi of spring and nourishing life during this season. Going against these characteristics of the seasonal flow will have harmful affects on the liver” – Gao Lian
