We all know that Ibiza is known for its hedonism but there’s an alternative side to the island that I’ve discovered over the past few years and which I would like to share with you…
From the hippy markets to hidden beaches, hiking in the hills to swimming in the lushest blue waters, Ibiza has a wealth of beauty that’s all within easy reach on our May long weekend retreat.
There’ll be twice daily yoga classes, delicious and healthy brunch and dinner, plus plenty of time to relax by the stunning pool or beach and the freedom to explore the local hippy markets (or perhaps even the legendary nightlife!)
When: Friday 1st May – Monday 4th May, 2020
Where: The villa is a traditional Spanish finca nestled at the edge of the stunning Santa Eulalia. There’s ample space for relaxation with an outdoor yoga deck where we can practice overlooking the crystal clear waters of Ibiza and a private pool to relax in afterwards.
The Yoga: I am a certified Vinyasa Flow & Yin yoga teacher offering dynamic morning classes in the energising Vinyasa style and early evening classes will be a mixture of restorative yin and gentle flow.
Who: The retreat is open to all-levels, whether you are a complete beginner looking to immerse yourself in the practice or a long-time practitioner wanting an active and revitalising holiday! Feel free to come alone, or with a friend, yoga retreats are always a great place to make new connections as we each share the same passion for health and well-being.
